From your first call to picking up your car, here's how we work.
Schedule Your Appointment
Call us at (203) 257-0987 or use our contact form. We'll discuss your vehicle, any concerns you have, and find a convenient time for your visit.
Vehicle Drop-Off
When you arrive, we'll walk around the vehicle together, noting any existing conditions and discussing your concerns in detail. This is your chance to ask questions and share your car's history.
Comprehensive Inspection
Our technicians perform a thorough inspection using PIWIS factory diagnostics. We document everything with photos and notes, creating a complete picture of your vehicle's condition.
Detailed Estimate
Before any work begins, you'll receive a detailed written estimate. We'll explain what we found, what's urgent, what can wait, and answer any questions. No surprises.
Approved Work Only
We only perform work you've approved. If we discover additional issues during service, we'll contact you before proceeding. Your authorization is always required.
Quality Completion
When your vehicle is ready, we'll review everything we did, show you any replaced parts, and ensure you're completely satisfied before you leave.
