Chassis 0994 came to us in 2020 and received regular servicing over the following years. But our relationship with this car went beyond routine maintenance.
I upgraded the car with a complete set of Öhlins TTX36 adjustable piggyback shock absorbers—a $16,000 investment that significantly improves handling over the CGT's original suspension design. The TTX36 system has become one of my most recommended upgrades for CGTs that will be driven. The original suspension performed well when new, but damper technology has advanced significantly.
